You will be overseeing and managing the administrative functions for the wealth firm, covering areas such as process optimisation and ensuring compliance. You will be tasked with streamlining the admin procedures, helping to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the department.
You will be ensuring that the administrative and client delivery adheres to required regulatory compliance, as well as overseeing the administrative support given to the client’s team. There is an element of project management, as you oversee projects and initiatives relating to client delivery and administration. Your contribution to client services by ensuring timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks, will help in ensuring a “best in service” client experience.
The ideal candidate will have held a similar position within a wealth management client, with a track record of helping to bring process improvement. Diploma Level 4 qualified and with a real desire and passion to help in the growth and development of the business is a must. You will be tasked with the mentoring and training of the administrator team, reporting directly to the Operational Director.

A Client Support Administrator is needed, working within a busy team which is responsible for ensuring all administrative requirements are executed to the highest of standards.
Day to day, your work may involve information gathering from product providers, to allow documents such as Letters of Authority to be produced. Generating plan valuations, assisting with new business processing and research work. During busy periods you may also be required to meet clients as they visit the office, ensuring they feel welcome and looked after.
Previous experience of a similar role in the financial services industry is preferred but not essential, and you will have a proven track record of client support and administrative duties. A professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills are a must, being able to manage a busy workload and a wiliness to help as needed.

They are looking for a Receptionist, Front of House, to be the first point of contact for their clients. This is a vital hire, as you will be the “Brand Ambassador” for the business, bringing a professional and personable approach to the role.
As well as meeting and greeting clients, there will be administrative duties as needed, in helping to ensure a busy office runs efficiently. Working closely with the MD, you will help manage their diary, answer phone calls, type up notes from client meetings and other ad hoc requirements.
You will have a professional manner, in keeping with the nature of client’s business, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous experience of working within the financial services or professional services sector would be useful but not essential. Good typing skills and a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook are also required.
